Assumption of Risk

By attending, spectating, or participating in any Overtakerzz event, you understand and acknowledge that automotive events may involve significant risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, vehicle damage, collisions, mechanical failures, fire, personal injury, serious injury, death, theft, or loss of property.

Attendance and participation at all events are entirely voluntary. By choosing to attend, you accept and assume all risks associated with the event and any activities taking place.

Personal Responsibility

All actions taken at an Overtakerzz event are done at your own discretion and responsibility.

Participants and attendees are expected to act safely, responsibly, and remain aware of their surroundings at all times. If you do not feel capable of participating in any activity safely, you should not take part.

Dangerous, reckless, or irresponsible behaviour may place yourself, spectators, staff, other drivers, surrounding property, and the wider community at risk.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your vehicle and its condition
  • Your driving and behaviour
  • Your passengers and guests
  • Any decisions or actions you make during the event

Property Damage

Any person found responsible for damaging public property, private property, venues, roads, barriers, buildings, facilities, equipment, or other vehicles may be held fully financially and legally liable for the damage caused.

This includes costs relating to repairs, replacements, recovery services, insurance claims, or compensation.

Where required, individuals may face legal action or be required to cover damages directly.

Limitation of Liability

Overtakerzz, including its organisers, staff members, affiliates, partners, sponsors, venue owners, photographers, videographers, marshals, and associates, shall not be held responsible or liable for:

  • Vehicle damage, crashes, collisions, or mechanical failures
  • Personal injury, serious injury, or death
  • Theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, belongings, equipment, or personal property
  • Actions, behaviour, or negligence of attendees or third parties
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from attendance, participation, spectating, or involvement in any event

By attending an Overtakerzz event, you acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for your own safety, actions, vehicle, passengers, and property at all times.
